What Bay Terrace is shopping this week
About Bay Terrace
Why we love delivering here
Bay Terrace is a purposeful neighborhood: the co-ops, the garden apartments, the well-known shopping center, and the water views out toward Little Bay Park and the Throgs Neck Bridge. The commercial spine is the Bay Terrace Shopping Center itself, but the residential streets north of 26th Avenue tell you what the neighborhood really is: quiet, established, mostly professional and retiree residents who've been here decades. Bay Terrace is technically a five-minute drive from our store, but for locals it's more of a walk than a drive.
For deliveries, this is one of the shortest routes we run. From 42-15 Bell Boulevard the driver takes Bell north to 26th, then east to your building. The whole run is usually done in 10 to 15 minutes. The one thing to know: some Bay Terrace co-op buildings have doorman-style front desks and specific procedures for accepting deliveries. Our drivers know the drill in most of the towers now, but if you're in a co-op that requires the driver to call up, please leave that note in your order and we'll route accordingly.
Bay Terrace's product mix leans toward wellness and low-key evening use. Tinctures (especially CBN and 1:1 CBD:THC formulas) move well here. Gummies in the 2.5-5mg range are the top edible. Flower orders tend to be quarters and half-ounces rather than eighths. This is a "stock up once a month" neighborhood, not an impulse-buy one. Bay Terrace shares Bayside's $70 delivery minimum, so most orders clear easily. Delivery ordering runs Sunday to Friday 11 AM to 8:30 PM and Saturday 6 PM to 8:30 PM. Delivery hours may vary based on driver availability and demand.

FAQ
Questions from Bay Terrace customers
Can I walk to the store from Bay Terrace?
Yes, it’s about a 12–18 minute walk south on Bell Blvd, or a 3-minute drive.
Do you accept Cash & Debit only?
In-store, yes: in compliance with current NYS dispensary rules, we accept cash and debit. Delivery orders are paid online with Dutchie Pay (ACH bank transfer) only.
Do you deliver cannabis to Bay Terrace and the co-ops north of 26th Ave?
Yes, Bay Terrace is one of our closest delivery areas. The 11360 ZIP is covered same-day, including the co-ops and townhomes north of 26th Ave and the blocks around the Bay Terrace Shopping Center. From our store, drivers head just up Bell Blvd, then along 26th Ave or the Cross Island Pkwy. There's no delivery fee. If your co-op requires the driver to call up, put that in your order notes.
How much is the delivery minimum in Bay Terrace?
Bay Terrace shares Bayside's $70 delivery minimum, with nothing added for delivery. Most orders here clear it easily, because Bay Terrace tends to stock up once a month rather than buy on impulse. A quarter or half-ounce of flower, or a tincture with a pack of low-dose gummies, is a typical cart. If you only want one small thing, walk down Bell Blvd and pick up with no minimum.
How long does delivery to Bay Terrace take?
Bay Terrace deliveries are same-day, often within 30–60 minutes. It's one of the shortest routes we run: the driver goes about 4 minutes north on Bell Blvd and then over to your building. The biggest variable is usually the building itself. Some co-op towers have front desks with their own delivery procedures, so a quick note in your order keeps the hand-off smooth.
What are the delivery ordering hours for Bay Terrace?
For Bay Terrace, Saturday is the short day: delivery orders run 6 PM to 8:30 PM. The rest of the week, Sunday to Friday, the window is 11 AM to 8:30 PM. Delivery hours may vary based on driver availability and demand. Because the store is so close, walking in is another option: 42-15 Bell Blvd is open 10 AM to 10 PM every day, roughly a 12–18 minute walk south from the neighborhood.
What products can Bay Terrace order for delivery?
Bay Terrace has access to our full retail menu: NY flower, vapes, edibles, beverages, concentrates, tinctures, topicals, pre-rolls and accessories. Pre-roll packs come in 2, 5, 7, 10 and 14-packs. Tinctures move well in this neighborhood, and gummies in the 2.5–5mg range are the top edible pick. Flower orders from Bay Terrace usually come in quarters and half-ounces instead of eighths.
Do Bay Terrace residents need a medical card to order?
No. NY Elite operates as an adult-use dispensary under New York's CAURD program, license OCM-CAURD-24-000153, so a medical card plays no part. Anyone in Bay Terrace who is 21 or older can order with a valid government-issued photo ID. When the driver arrives at your co-op or townhome, they'll check that ID before handing over the bag.
How do I pay for delivery to Bay Terrace?
Bay Terrace delivery orders are paid online at checkout with Dutchie Pay, an ACH bank transfer. NY Office of Cannabis Management rules require payment to be complete before the driver leaves, so no cash changes hands at your door, and credit cards can't be used for cannabis. Rewards points work differently: you redeem those with the driver when the order arrives, not online.
Can I walk over from Bay Terrace and pick up my order instead?
Yes, and many Bay Terrace regulars do. Order online, choose in-store pickup, and head south on Bell Blvd to number 42-15. It's about a 4 minute drive, or a 12–18 minute walk. At the register, show your ID and pay in cash or with debit. Pickup has no order minimum. Loyalty members can also catch in-store Happy Hour, 20% off from 10 AM to 12 PM and again from 8 PM to 10 PM.
