NY Elite Cannabis ("we," "us") runs a NYS-licensed adult-use cannabis dispensary at 42-15 Bell Blvd, Bayside, NY 11361 (license OCM-CAURD-24-000153) and this website, nyelitecannabis.com. This policy explains what information we collect in the store, for delivery and rewards, and on this website; which outside companies help us; and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Age and identity. New York requires us to confirm every customer is 21 or older. We check a government-issued photo ID in the store and at the door for deliveries, and record the details state rules require.
- Orders and purchases. What you buy, when, and how you paid. State rules require us to keep sales and inventory records.
- Delivery details. Your name, delivery address, and phone number, so a driver can bring your order and confirm it with you.
- Rewards. If you join NY Elite Rewards, your phone number, name, email if you give it, points balance, and purchase history.
- Messages you send us. Anything you include when you call, email, or message us.
- Website and device data. When you visit this site, we and the companies listed below automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, the site that referred you, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies.

- To verify age and identity, as the law requires.
- To take, prepare, deliver, and support your orders.
- To run NY Elite Rewards and send you messages you have agreed to receive.
- To meet our reporting and record-keeping duties to the NYS Office of Cannabis Management.

Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or give you a copy. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under your state's privacy law, such as the right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Email [email protected] with your request. We may need to confirm your identity first. We cannot delete records that New York requires us to keep, such as sales records, but we will tell you if that applies.
How long we keep information
We keep sales, age verification, and inventory records for as long as New York cannabis rules require. We keep rewards information while your account is active and for a reasonable time after. Website data kept by our partners follows their own retention policies.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections on this website. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Adults only
This website and our products are only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Changes to this policy
