Orders & pickup

Online orders are subject to in-store confirmation and ID verification. NY Elite Cannabis reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

Delivery is available only to our published delivery zones. Recipient must be 21+ and present valid government-issued photo ID. Orders cannot be left unattended.

All sales final

All cannabis sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds except as required by manufacturer defect or applicable consumer-protection law.
